Company Profile

RUBIG Group was founded in 1946 as a drop forge. Today the company consists of the three business units RUBIG Die Forge, RUBIG Heat Treatment and RUBIG Industrial Furnaces. The technological know-how has been gained from the unique synergy effect, combined with entrepreneurial skills and a reasonable degree of risk taking. With its own locations in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, USA and China and customers in more than 42 countries, RUBIG has established itself on the international stage.

RUBIG Industrial Furnaces has been producing customized heat treatment plants since 1992. Much of the know-how that is reflected in the construction of the furnaces has been gained in the in-house job shop for years. On this basis, “SIR – Surface Improvement by RUBIG” was developed - a concept that stands for the perfect surface. With the MICROPULS® technology (plasma nitriding & coating) and the new generation GASCON K2 gas nitriding furnaces, RUBIG has reached new heights in nitriding and coating.
